Stephanie Brittnacher studied Communication Design in Mainz and has been a freelance illustrator in Chemnitz since 2013. Her portfolio is characterized by high versatility and includes illustrations for children's books, numerous works for cultural and political institutions, including the Theodor Heuss Foundation. Since 2022, she has focused on comics as an art form. In 2024, Stephanie Brittnacher, along with author Frauke Angel, was honoured as a finalist for their joint comic debut "Haus aus Stein" at the Comic Book Prize of the Berthold Leibinger Foundation. For the project „Wie geht es dir? Zeichner*innen gegen Antisemitismus, Hass und Rassismus“, she created a comic with the voice of jewish activist and publicist Hanna Veiler.
