Aimée de Jongh lives and works in Rotterdam in the Netherlands. Since 2006, she has published various comics and graphic novels with various Dutch publishers, many of which have also been translated. Aimée deals with numerous themes and has worked with many authors, from Zidrou to Ingrid Chabbert. She is now also successfully writing her own scenarios, such as for her historical-documentary graphic novel "Days of Sand", which has won various awards and was also nominated for an Eisner Award in 2022. She is currently working on an adaptation of the classic "Lord of the Flies", which, like most of her works, will be published in German by Splitter.
