Back in 1984 at the 1st Erlangen International Comic Salon Chris Scheuer was honoured as "Best German-language Comic Artist". At the time, he surprised everyone with impressive comics drawn in his own style, such as "Marie Jade" and "Sir Ballantime". After his trilogy "Reiche Ernte" (Rich Harvest), which he created in collaboration with his compatriot Matthias Bauer, Scheuer has now published the first part of an autobiographical comic novel in which he tells of his exciting life: "Buch I" was published by edition-aleph.
