Victoria Krisai (*1997) draws everything that comes across her way. She is an Austrian illustrator, designer and comic artist. After living in Berlin and Toronto she continued her studies in Münster where she graduated with a Master of Arts at the beginning of 2023 at the Münster School of Design. Her master project “He's already dead, he can only be alright“ - a documentary graphic novel about the funeral home Kreuz - got a nomination for the best final project. As an Urban Sketcher Victoria Krisai travels the world with her sketchbooks, as a Live Sketcher and Graphic Recorder she captures special moments. Since 2023 she is part of „illustre Runde“ in Münster and is illustrating live at events, weddings, concerts and conferences. Her creations are strongly grounded in the here and now, life and Urban Sketching are her biggest inspirations. Within a mixture of various techniques, a love for analogue details and saturated colours, Victoria Krisai creates expressive and dynamic images. Her work is full of life and tells us about our world. Illustration and design, comics and graphic novels, event sketching, book illustration and stationery - Victoria Krisai is an allrounder and always open for new work. Drawing makes life beautiful.
