The SPRING collective shows a selection of contributions by various artists on large printed sheets that were created for the magazine of the same name. Every year, all members collectively decide what colours and theme the next SPRING anthology should have. This resulted in monothematic books on contemporary topics such as freedom, work, sex, power - and for their anniversary with the motto “Together”. In the 20 years of its existence, more than 75 internationally established artists have published their graphic narratives in the magazine. The diversity and variety that is reflected in the content is a treasure trove of stories and perspectives that often represent intersectional feminism, and have shown the way for an open, tolerant society. SPRING as an artist collective and anthology is an independent, open network with exemplary character in the scene.
