CANCELLED: KI – gekommen um zu bleiben? Umgang mit und Auswirkungen von Künstlicher Intelligenz auf die Kreativbranche

Since AI was made accessible to the general public two years ago with tools like ChatGPT and image generators such as Midjourney, the creative industry has been in turmoil. Bold statements from AI companies like "we solved art" and "adapt or die" can be intimidating at times. We want to shed light on AI and discuss: What impact has AI had on the industry so far? Is AI ultimately nothing more than a tool, and what about ethical concerns? In collaboration with three other partner associations (Berufsverband Text und Konzept e. V., Berufsverband Kommunikationsdesign e. V. and VFLL Verband der freien Lektorinnen und Lektoren e. V.), the Illustratoren Organisation e. V. has already expressed its views on this issue in the position paper "AI but fair" and will discuss the developments of recent years and the prospects for our industry on this panel.
