Damals. Eine queere Zeitreise in die Vergangenheit

Twelve individuals over 50 share their stories: What was it like to be gay, lesbian, bisexual, or trans back then? How was life without smartphones, with more stigma and less acceptance? These real-life stories have been brought to life by younger artists and honored with a foreword by Ralf König. Even younger readers will quickly realize that the challenges are quite similar to their own. The anthology "Damals / Back Then" was successfully funded through crowdfunding – still quite exceptional for the German market. Three of the many artists from diverse backgrounds share their experiences with their project.
